I have assembled my UBITX V4 and V3.

The version 4 is working perfectly.I am working on increasing the output power to some 50w

B y default the O/P is 10 w on average.

Is having some audio problems with the V3 one as the audio amplifier blew out.I have found the culprit and doing needful to replace it.

Please note the Ubitx is a general HF coverage transceiver  in kit form and  it costs some 139 US with shipping included.

Winlink tests

Just made few successful outgoing winlink test calls with station 3B8DU gateway using 40 watts in my OCFD ,which covers 80,40,30,20,15,10,17 m bands,about 18 ft from GL

Tests were carried out on 40,30,20,15 m bands and under  heavy rain conditions.

Please note that my winlink sysopt station is on 24/7 almost all the time.
