Communicator effectively and efficiently in the event of a call-out.
• Our Ready To Go
Kit should be tailored to our needs, our equipment, expected
assignments, and expected length of assignments.
Why we need a
Ready To Go Kit
Some reasons we
need a Ready To Go Kit :
• In the event of
a major disaster, our assignment location will probably be without
power, heat, water, food ,personal hygiene stuff, medical stuff and
telephone service. Most businesses in the area will probably not be
open, due to the emergency.
• As an Emergency
Communicator, we must provide our own equipment,gear,food and
personal hygiene and medical stuff.
• We are
responsible for our own safety, and we must provide for our own welfare and comfort.
